Dr Wild is a senior GP for Harewood Medical Practice.

Dr Christopher Markwick

Dr Marwick is a senior GP and the Clinical Lead for Harewood Medical Practice.

Dr Sarah Winter

Sarah worked as a GP in Middlesbrough before joining Harewood in 2022. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, with a particular interest in medical education. Her usual working days are Monday to Wednesday and Friday.

Dr Chris Webb

Dr Webb has worked in the area for the last 25 years. He is a very experienced GP whose main interests are in GP education. As well as clinical commitments to the practice, he is a trainer of GPs and a programme director for Health Education England and an examiner for the Royal College of GPs.

Darrel Mulholland - Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Darrel has worked around Hambleton and Richmondshire as a qualified District Nurse and then as a Community Specialist Practitioner in Darlington prior to joining us as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Darrel can diagnose patient problems, issue prescriptions and refer patients to consultants in secondary care.

Sam Cotgrave - Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Deputy Clinical Lead

I am an advanced nurse practitioner and qualified midwife with many years experience in the Hambleton and Richmondshire area including the Army and civilian GP practices and also continue my work with the Out of Hours GP service. I can diagnose, treat and manage all conditions including referrals to secondary care.

Howard Neale - Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Howard has worked internationally for many years as an offshore medic based on drilling rigs in many parts of the world. He can carry out a very wide range of clinical assessments and treatments for patients of all ages.

Abigail Macmillan - Practice Nurse

Abi is the Lead Nurse for the practice. She has been qualified for over 22 years and has experience in primary and secondary care. Abi has a keen interest in cardiovascular disease, especially in educating patients about reducing their risks. Abi also has a keen interest in woman’s health and is passionate about increasing the uptake on cervical screening, especially ladies coming for their first smears.

Emma Stanley - Practice Nurse

Emma has worked in Primary Care for many years. She has undertaken additional training in chronic disease management -Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, cervical screening, child and adult vaccinations; and complex wound care including Leg Ulcer management. Emma is passionate about promoting patient centred care, supporting each patient to understand their own health needs, and encouraging everyone to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Joy Parrington - Practice Nurse

Joy has specialist skills in respiratory medicine and also helps with our smear clinics and childhood vaccinations and immunisations.

Kate Watkins- Practice Nurse Trainee

Chris Hollyoake - Practice Manager

Chris has 30 years experience of working in healthcare as a paramedic and manager in emergency, urgent care, NHS 111 and general practice.

Harriet Manning - Systems and Data Lead

Harriet has worked in General Practice for many years and works currently to support Harewood Medical Practice through continuous change and development.
