New Patient Information

Welcome to Harewood Medical Practice

We have put together some information to help your move to our practice go as smoothly as possible!

Booking appointments

Appointments at our practice are managed using a Total Triage system to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. To request an appointment, please complete the online consultation form available on our website. Your request will be reviewed by a clinician, who will assess your needs and either arrange an appointment or give you advice.

We have a wide range of healthcare professionals as well as local services who support our patients, so it may not be a GP you see.

If you are unable to complete the online form, please call us or come into the practice and a member of our reception team will be happy to guide you through the process.
